Small nature campsite in the Lot bordering the Dordogne

Camping Lagoudalie in the municipality of Dégagnac is a small, quiet and spacious nature campsite in the Lot in France, bordering the Dordogne. The nature campsite is quietly located and yet close to the many famous villages, towns and sights that the Dordogne and the Lot have. The campsite is therefore an ideal place for trips to for example, Sarlat, la Roque Gageac, Rocamadour or the Cougnac or Lascaux.
Camping Lagoudale has long been known as a real cycling campsite. The heavily hilly area is a true paradise for road cycling, mountain biking and e-biking. Of course vacationers who do not cycle will also feel completely at home at Camping Lagoudalie. Hiking, canoeing, taking on the challenge of a via ferrata, or tree climbing, it’s all possible in the area.
In short, if you are looking for a spacious campsite with a relaxed atmosphere and in beautiful surroundings with lots to do, then camping Lagoudalie is the right place to be.

Nature campsite, spacious pitches, good sanitary facilities, nice swimming pool

The campsite belongs to an ancient 10-hectare domaine located on a hill. It is a varied terrain with beautiful views everywhere, where the more open parts are interspersed with forested parts. The campsite has 25 large pitches, all of which have both sun and shade and are naturally separated from each other. There are also three fully equipped holiday homes (gîtes) available for rent on the domaine.
The spacious swimming pool with bar and cozy terrace complete the picture.

Cycling, walking, culture, nature.......

For our cycling guests there is a safe space to park the bike, there is a small workshop and many routes are available. A joint cycling tour is organized once a week. For walkers there are many well described routes, starting from the camping accommodation or in the area.
In addition, canoeing on the Dordogne for a day is something everyone should experience. There are beautiful via ferratas through the impressive limestone walls for those without a fear of heights . For those who want to exert less physical effort, for example, visits to picturesque villages and towns, local museums, caves and tasting the delicious local cuisine and wines are on the program.
